Return Policy

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a refund.

Almacenes Plaza accepts returns on all unworn merchandise, except sale items, for a refund within 30 days from purchase date.

  • Items must be in the same condition as they were when received: unused, unwashed, original tags, packaging, etc.
  • If an item is returned because it is defective, we will replace it at no cost.
  • If it is an exchange for a different size or color, you will be responsible for all freight charges, rebilled to the original transaction.
  • Allow 2-3 days for processing time, plus 2-3 days for return shipping.
  • For questions regarding exchanges or refunds contact customer service.
  • A refund will be issued to your credit card for the value of the merchandise and any sales tax you may have incurred. We cannot refund shipping charges.
  • Credits are normally issued within 15-30 days of receiving the returned merchandise.
  • All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items are any items that were sold on almacenesplazapr.com at a discount from the full retail price.

If your return is accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
